We get there first and in person to introduce and promote your business at a critical time in their decision-making process, prior to their becoming acquainted with your competitors. We selectively target our audience for the best results, visiting homes from $200K to $3M+ range. Our personal referrals and “word-of-mouth” delivery is an effective and measurable means to reach new customers.

What Materials do you provide during the Welcome Visit?

During the welcome visit , we provide local, county and state maps, community happenings, civic materials, referrals, and recommendations to help newcomers establish roots. Sponsors provide us with their marketing materials: a brochure, gift certificate or coupon offer (a measurable incentive for tracking purposes) and a housewarming “promotional” gift. This fosters an appreciation of your thoughtfulness and serves as a good first step toward a long-term business relationship.

Can I Specify which Markets to Target?

Pineapples representatives visit up to 210 Richmond households each month. Sponsors may choose to be represented in any of the following markets:

How do I Track Results?

Each month, sponsors receive a prospect list of all the new home buyers we visited on their behalf to track new clients. This list includes their name, address, subdivision, and when provided, their phone and email. Businesses can track the number of gift cards received each month, while physicians and dentists cross-reference the prospect lists against their new patient list. These lists may be used to promote sales, merchandising events, clearances and seasonal specials.
